Wild Weekly Photo Challenge – Green

Posted on Updated on

I just learned of the Wild Weekly Photo Challenge over at LetsBeWild.com. The current challenge is Green.

One doesn't normally associate water with green, but this northern Arizona lake, with a military rescue helicopter flying over it is a nice deep green color, don't you think?

This particular aircraft is used by the Air Force for search and rescue missions. It has special equipment for that mission.
